He stares at the needle, and weeps real tears.
Everybody has given up on him, he feels rejected and lost
The tormented lies, gather in his mind
As he injects the dirty substance, the substance of lies.
How I would like to hug this guy, and tell him that he is safe
For he is in my thoughts and prayers, and will forever be
A man who is loved by his family, and close friends
True love, they guarantee
So I long for the day, when this guy can see, he does not need drugs
So leave them be,
For he is loved, and secure,by unconditional love
So may he truly see,forever he can be free
